Three key factors boosting the national construction sector
Thanks to continuously rising public budgets backing the Kingdom’s infrastructure projects, the construction ecosystem maintains strong performance. In 2024, the state budget dedicated to infrastructure saw a significant jump of 56%, indicating a resurgence and rejuvenation of the sector with a suite of projects matching the Kingdom’s ambitions.
